Step 1: Tell us about your plumbing issue
Start by submitting a short enquiry explaining the plumbing problem or work you need help with. This could be anything from an urgent issue, such as a leak or blockage, to planned plumbing work around your home. You only need to provide basic details so a plumber can understand the job and get in touch with you.
Step 2: We pass your enquiry on
Once your enquiry is received, your details are passed to an independent local plumber who covers your area and handles the type of work you’ve requested. National Plumbing Solutions does not carry out plumbing work itself. We simply connect homeowners with independent plumbers who have expressed an interest in receiving enquiries.
Step 3: The plumber contacts you directly
The plumber will contact you directly to discuss the issue or work required, availability, pricing or a quote. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and understand what’s involved before making any decisions.
Step 4: You decide whether to go ahead
There is no obligation to proceed. Once you’ve spoken with the plumber and received a quote, you are free to decide whether you’d like to go ahead with the work. If you choose not to proceed, there’s no pressure or commitment.
